The game now has many cool animations added. If you keep a close eye throughout the game, you'll, for instance, noticed that the dolphins now are able to wink at you (and you can wink right back at them if you like!), the sharks bite, the turtles swim and the ice cubes look a bit shinier than usual as it reflects the light in the game with its glassy surface. In other words, the game does seem a bit more immersive than before!
That's not all, Icy Run now has a pretty unique monetization system in place for players to revive their fallen penguin while playing the game. Instead of getting you to shell over cash for the resurrection process like what so many other games have done, what you need to do in this game is to simply watch a short video... and yes, I'm not kidding.
By watching the video, you can restore Icy back to life and allow you to continue racking up your high scores. Isn't that awesome?
