Disney Frozen Adventures: Customize the Kingdom is a mobile match-3 puzzle plus home decoration game. In this game, Elsa and Anna are hosting a huge gala for the nearby kingdoms, and everyone from Chatho to Zaria is sending representatives to attend the event! It is a big, international event, and they need a royal event planner, which is where you as the player comes in! This game can be played offline, so you can access it at any place and time without the need for an internet connection.
The mechanics of this puzzle game is quite similar to the typical match-3 puzzle game. Choose a crystal and swap it with an adjacent crystal, and match 3 crystals of the same color to collect them. On the left side of the screen, you will find each level's goal, and you beat a level by collecting the required amount of crystals. Each level also has a limited number of total moves that you are allowed to make, so keep watch of the counter at the top left corner of the screen while you make your move!
Matching 4 crystals in a line will give you a special crystal called a Line Clear. Swap it with an adjacent crystal to use to wipe out an entire line! You can also trigger special crystals by tapping on them twice. When you put together 5 crystals in a T-shape or L-shape, you get a Crystal Blast. Activating this crystal will trigger a frosty explosion! Try combining multiple crystals to discover even more special crystals that you can make!
When you collect light blue crystals whilst using Elsa, you can fill up her magic powers with them! Once her magic is full, she will create a few special crystals randomly on the field to assist you in the puzzle. As you continue to progress through the levels, you will unlock more of your favorite characters from the story to play with, each with their own unique magical powers!
By playing and clearing match 3 puzzle levels, you will obtain Snowflakes. You can use these snowflakes to finish tasks and decorate the castle for the big event! If you want to change any decoration you had made, just tap on the Redecorate button at the bottom of the screen. In addition to that, you get to hand-pick yourself which decorations to use from a variety of selections. After you have completed all the tasks in a particular area, you can then move on to the next area to decorate some more! Move from the Castle Entrance to the Great Hall and all the way to the Festival Grounds, and many more locations!
Disney Frozen Adventures is a great match-3 game for the holiday season! Although it is considered a kid-safe game, do note that there are in-game purchases that can be made.
