Candy Bubble Land is a classic bubble shooter with a sweet twist. Using the classic style, you match 3 or more colours together to make them pop. When you clear 10 bubbles at the top of the screen you finish the level.
As you play you can swap the bubbles in the shooter by pressing spacebar to get the one you need. If you manage to make some bubbles fall, if you move the pointer over them you will get more points the faster you pick them up. At the end of the game any bubbles left in the shooter will also jump out, and if you collect them you can get a lot of points.
The more points that you have the more stars and coins you will earn, you will need to get at least 1 star to finish the level. If you collect 30 stars in each story section you can open a chest full of prizes, each chest requires 30 stars, but you can collect them from any level. The coins that you win are used to buy special powerups for the bubble levels.
These powerups are unlocked as you play through the levels, from extra bubbles to being able to swap 3 bubbles instead of 2. The powerups cost either coins or cash, some of them are very powerful and when you unlock it for the first time you get to try it for free. It is worth saving your coins and cash to get powerups for the harder levels if you get a little stuck.
There are 3 currencies that you use in the game, the Coins, Cash and Lives. All of them can be purchased for real money inside of the game, or you can request lives from friends. You can also send gifts to your friends and receive them too. The cash is also available in the chests that you unlock, so its worth trying to get 3 stars on every level if you can.
Candy Bubble Land is a nice game to play, with cute graphics, and a really accurate shooter and gameplay. With so many options for powerups that you can unlock you really can save them all up for the harder levels. The game is really easy to play, and grabbing things off the screen for more points is a nice change. With over 100 levels to keep you paying, Candy Bubble Land has a lot of bubbles for you to pop.
