Bubble Coco is a solid bubble popper game that has high quality and sharp looking visual details, creative level design and a pretty good variety of power-ups you can choose from to aid you in the levels. Overall, Bubble Coco is definitely one of the better looking and better playing bubble popper games out there.
Starting off in Bubble Coco you’ll be introduced to the game through a cut-scene that shows a chicken that is guarding her eggs then ends up falling asleep. As the chicken falls asleep, a fox comes up, snatches her eggs and runs away and now it’s your job to assist the chicken in getting her eggs back from the fox before it’s too late. After the cut-scene the first level starts. The initial few levels are mostly tutorial levels that are built to teach you about the all the necessary basics of the game.
Heading into the gameplay, Bubble Coco has pretty much the best possible gameplay when it comes to bubble poppers. The main reason for Bubble Coco’s gameplay being so good is that there aren’t any unnecessary bubble collisions in the game so your bubble will land exactly where you targeted it instead of colliding with another bubble on the way for some random reason and this allows players to make some really tricky shots to get through the levels. Other than this, the game has a ton of levels to go through and each level has a unique layout design. Objectives vary from level to level as some will require you to get a specified number of feathers by popping the bubbles while in other levels you’ll be tasked with freeing baby chicks from bubbles by popping the bubbles around them.
There are various different power-ups in Bubble Coco and each power-up has a unique effects. There’s a power-up that highlights the exact path of your bubble, there’s a power-up that doubles your points at the end of a level and similarly there are various different other power-ups that have positive effects if used.
In terms of graphics and visuals, Bubble Coco is a really sharp looking game. The level design looks really cool and the overall color palette is pretty bright and appealing. Alongside this the effects that appear when you pop multiple bubbles at the same time are pretty good looking as well.
As for micro-transactions, Bubble Coco will allow you to purchase a variety of different items with real world money such as extra levels at the end of a level or you can purchase the premium currency of gems which you can then use to buy extra power-ups to assist you during gameplay.
